2012 Greatest Year in History!

According to the most recent issue of The Spectator, the Year 2012 should be celebrated worldwide: global poverty has been halved and global inequality is the lowest in history; medicine and technology have reduced deaths from malaria, AIDS and the people of Africa can expect longer lives; the Peace Research Institute of Oslo reports that deaths from war (the biggest killer of people) are down dramatically (in spite of the Syrian conflict); in the USA our energy consumption is down 4%, not due to government environmental activism, but due to consumers; and finally, USA energy resources are now thought to be enormous, again, in spite of government interference.
The Spectator reports that "in spite of all our problems, the forces of peace, progress, and prosperity are prevailing," not because of government politicians but because of private individuals, people who have organized their power in such form as to them seems most likely to effect safety and happiness.
Rancho Santa Fe Womens Fund is part of that force of people dedicated to improving lives.  Congratulations!
