Womens are considered members if they have joined for the last grant cycle, up until the following March 1. As such they receive email communication, have access to portal, and are considered members for meetings and voting purposes.
If they have not paid by March 1 they are considered "lapsed" and would pay a guest fee to attend any meetings and the two meeting limit then applies to them. In addition, they no longer have access to the member portal. If a membership contribution is made prior to attending a meeting, the member fee if any will be charged at registration.
Each guest is limited to attending two times during the grant cycle regardless of sponsoring member.
Guest fee applies to all guests. This fee does not cover the meeting cost in its entirety and meetings are subsidized by the administrative budget(and by extension existing membership dues).
