Multiply Your Gift of Time Or Money!
Matching Gift and Volunteer Incentive Programs
Your contribution to the RSF Women’s Fund may have potential to be multiplied. Many local and national companies will "match" the charitable contributions of their current and retired employees. Many companies match dollar to dollar. Some companies double the amount given by their employee. Also, many local and national companies will make a contribution based on the number of volunteer hours you do.
Read more at the above link, including a list of Employers willing to "match" charitable contributions.
If you have a friend that you think should be invited to the holiday luncheon for prospective new members on December 7th, please send your friend's mailing and email addresses to Connie Pittard (cpittard@aol.com) or Carol Linovitz (clinovitz@hotmail.com) right away.
The Annual Membership Meeting last night was a tremendous success. The power of collaboration produced both a lively presentation of fashion know-how by the lovely founders of The Fashion Code and a successful drive for suits and financial support (100 suits and $825) for Dress for Success. Our savvy members successfully answered fashion questions and Ann Reed won the “Killer Shoes” competition with fur-lined spike heels, all the rage this year!
Cathy Hopf and Becky Horowitz, along with Annabel Moore and Susan Danton, will continue to collect donations for Dress for Success through Thursday, November 10th. You can still donate items by dropping them off at The RSFWF office (6004 Paseo Delicias behind the Union Bank).

During a recent meeting, the Advisory Committee made decisions that I wanted to personally make you aware of.
After reviewing our administrative budget for this year and next year’s projections, it became clear that we would need to reduce our expenses or increase the Administrative fee that each member contributes annually.
The Advisory Committee felt strongly that we should look for ways to cut expenses and hold the Administrative fee constant at $250 out of the $2,250 annual member’s contribution. Therefore the Advisory Committee took the following actions to reduce our Administrative expenses:
A few other reminders:
If you have any questions about any of the information above, please call me or email me. I will be happy to discuss them with you. Thank you.
