Early August -- Letter of Intent form download is available on our website.
September 1st -- Letter of Intent form from the organization is due by 5:00 pm to Rancho Santa Fe Women’s Fund. NO EXCEPTIONS
November -- Selected organizations will be asked to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP).
December -- Proposals (RPFs) are due to Women’s Fund office.
March -- Selected organizations are invited to move to the Site Visit phase during which members of the RSFWF will visit the organization to learn more about both the project and the organization, itself.
April -- Selected organizations are asked to attend a General Meeting and make a brief presentation about the project to the Women’s Fund membership. Voting by membership soon follows.
May -- Recipients are notified and grants are awarded.
Only 501(c)3 organizations will be considered for funding.
Management of the organization (and project) overseen by reliable, ethical and experienced personnel.
Project plans need to demonstrate the ability to achieve results.
No organization that discriminates in any way (age, race, national origin, gender, physical ability, sexual orientation, political affiliation or religious belief) will be considered for funding.
Any organization who has received a grant will not be eligible to receive another grant for three years. This guideline will be applied to the organization itself, as well as to a given project. For example, an organization that received a grant in 2018 would not be eligible until the 2021 grant cycle.
